Natalie Soul Acro Workshop
A 3 hour workshop working on body conditioning , technique , walkovers / body stretch and strengthening. Core acro skills, Aerials and tumbling. Natalie also offers handbalancing. Work on combos within the lesson and progressions to make each individuals technique stronger.
